Boxing Classes Palmers Green, North London Starting Jan/Feb 2010

In addition to the new boxing classes in Cheshunt, we are really please to announce that we will be running boxing classes in Palmers Green North London at Paramount Health and Fitness.

Paramount Health and Fitness is Palmers Green's brand new state of the art health and fitness club, featuring cutting edge equipment, huge range of classes, vibrogym, luxury saunas, mystic tan, beauty, spa & more. BoxSmart are really pleased to be working with them. 

The Palmers Green boxing classes will run on a Saturday, and we are aiming to run an adults and a kids class.

All classes will be non contact, and run by an Amateur Boxing Association certified Boxing Tutor. 

No experience is necessary and we provide all the equipment.
